I would keep eating high cals throughout pct to minimize losing gains during the rebound period, definitly finish a good full pct though.. then cut... also you can run a great cutting cycle with test, which will preserve muscle mass on a calorie restricted diet..
but bottom line you gotta run a solid pct b4 you start another cycle....
Pleasantly disagree. Run cycle, pct......get bloodwork to determine when you can start again. To make it simple people say time on = time off. This is a giudeline if you dont get your blood tested. Time off is way different for lots of people.
