How should I use ketotifen?

I'll be using keto in conjunction with some clen during the last 6 weeks of my cycle. Should I use it just as I would use benadryl ( use it for 1 week straight then take 2 weeks off from it), or start 2 weeks into my clen and continue to do so until clen usage is done?

i take 2 (1mg) tabs a day (split 12 hrs apart) as soon as possible... keeps your beta2 receptors fire'n... why wait? i was able to run clen for 8 weeks straight & it kept me at about 100 deg body temp the whole time... you can tell the clens not work'n when it stops raising your body temp... about 2 weeks without ketotifen... good luck bro!!
