You can take 5000iu's if you are on lots of test,or you can take two shots of 2500iu's i every 5 days.Best of luck.

i do 500iu every 4th day throughout cycle then at the end i may do 500iu every day for 5 days or so

Go for 1.2 k iu every 3 days which is good enough and better for the sterile splits

Best to split it up.
For example split 1500 into five doses of 300 every three days.

Maybe think about taking high doses in one shot if you've been a very long time, like 20 weeks+
