How should I do a Clen only cycle?

I know most people stack it with an AAS but I as I am in my last week of a bulking test cycle, I was thinking of hitting nothing but Clen to help out with the fat I've gained on the test. What's a good dose and how long should I run it? I've never used Clen before.

I used Cytomel once but the results were horrible. I burned a lot of muscle mass and got really bad head aches and I was sweating like a pig all day.
 
The first time I ran clen I did 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off for 6 weeks. I first started w/a very small does 20 mcgr day 1, the 40, 60, 80, 100, up to 160 split up into 40mcgr doses. I then tapered down a bit. This was the first time - I was over-catious. Now I will run it still for 2 weeks on and 2 off however since I know my tolerance I run 40-160 and back down over the 2 weeks usually bumping the dose by 40 from day-to-day and not 20 as I orginally had. Be careful and learn what your tolerance is for it.
 
I tried a clen only cycle and had the unfortunate experience of extreme cramping. I am one of the lucky few that happens to experience very few side effect from..... stuff.

I had muscles cramp that I did not know that I had, including the muscle durectly under your jaw. That was not fun... and yes I was as hydrated as I could possibly be.
