i am trying to lose some bf right now- get down to at least 12% but shooting for 10%. im around 16% or so so it shouldnt be hard. going to be dieting for twelve weeks- usual low carb, low fat and moderate protein diet. training 4x a week and i'll do cardio around the 6th week or so. im planning on running 10-20mg of nolva throughout the twelve weeks.
my question is- how should i cycle the NYC and the ECA? should i do two weeks of ECA+NYC then go off for another two weeks before hitting it again or should i do two weeks of NYC, then two weeks of ECA, then two weeks of NYC, etc....?
