How often w/ Sust.?

Along with 400mg/wk of EQ and 50mg EOD of Winny, I decided to add in some Sust. I've had good results from it before.

How often do you recommend I do the Sust? I was thinking about keeping it low at 250mg a week.

Im doing almost the exact same cycle, but will be running 500mgs/wksust and 250 mgs cypionate every 4 days both for 6 weeks. I have heard just about every where that 250 mgs a week is almost worthless. but this is my first cycle with it so I dont know from experience.

250mg mon and thurs IMO you need at least 500mgs a week

He is already running EQ and Winny, personally I think just 250 test is a nice addition to an already good cycle, should help with any libido problems.

I have a friend who made some nice LEAN gains on 6 weeks @ 250. He's a smaller guy.

my buddy and i ran sust redijects at 250mg a week for 10 weeks, I gained 12 pounds and he put on 20. I say start low and see how you like it
