How often to shoot sust and eq

Sustanon and bol is a great cycle...but you wont see the benifit of either compound in short cycle.you might gain a little bit. equipoise imo should be ran for no less than 12 weeks,as it is a notoriouse slow starter you will not see anythin much in the way of gains till around week 8.
I think most would recommend something like 250-500 mg/wk of test and 400-600 mgs/wk for the equipoise 14 weeks.

Ok so today is tuesday and i am starting ...so can i do tues/friday...and i

winnie 75mg ed week 8-12
...I would run the eq longer but i have only two bottles of eq...300mg/10ml..
so i could run 500mg of eq a week and use it all up?

As you can see by the numbers, the quickest way to get the sust levels in your blood stream at a constant maximum level is to shoot ed. By the middle of week 1, your there, except for a few milligrams.

Yes it is go time... go and do more research time. I just posted how to take Sust. Are you blind? Your blood levels will be all over the place. Do you need to read the enite study? DO you understand blood levels? DO you understand the esters in your Sust?
NO is the answer on both BTW.
yes i do understand these things and there is no need to be sarcastic..... I read your post and it was very informative..I have always done my split twice a week , but would like to follow what you said becuase obviously it th best way to keep your blood levels steady...thanks for the responce and I will do my best to follow this scheduling....
