How often shoot NPP?

Whats the half life on this stuff? I shoot every M/W/F, my buddy wants to take it and wants me to shoot it....id rather only have to shoot him 2wice a week.....hows Mon/Thurs sound?

M/W/F is what works best for me.

It's p-prop you can shoot it every 3 days if you like.
