How often do you need to inject Sustanon?

just pick two days a week like sunday and thursday or something so you can always remember what days you are injecting

2x per wk with SUST is plenty...the more advanced use it EOD.

I've used it EOD and 2x per week. I get the same gains either way so I prefer shooting it on Mon/Thurs.
