I used to eat red meat 6 times a day for 2 years, I don't see the big deal. I even put down 5lbs. of ground beef at one time, red meat is only bad if you combine it w/ a high hi/carb diet.
And yes, Filet is a pretty lean cut. Not the leanest but good.
I had one the other day, It was great, Much Juicier than the Eye of Round steaks I have been pounding.

That was years ago when I was almost 300lbs. (bulking)...at that weight, it was fairly easy, now I'm in the low 200's so it's not easy so I don't do it anymore.
