How often do you do a carb re-feed?

In my case, I eat 40 grams of carbs a day.. I've heard that a re-feed is a good idea, and I'm wondering how often everyone does this?

Once a week?

And then is 100 grams of carbs enough to be considered a re-feed?

I eat 70g carbs on cardio days along with 100g on lifting days. On a refeed I go for 300 or more and i do it every saturday
 
Georgie: Faint and dizzy during the day, or during the workout? And is that a sign then, that you need to up the carbs??

I just don't think low/no carb diets are for everyone. Try it, and if you get that, then up the carbs a bit.

Edit: Oh, may be a good idea to drink more water too.
 
george, how long have you been doing keto diets? With time that dizzy feeling will go away, and you'll be able to train 5 or 6 days in a row without carbs, and feel totally normal.
 
George, I train hard as well doing DC and I still have gained strength using his program. Its doable and although its not the optimal eating plan for DC training my gains are still very good. Ive maintained my weight at 195 but cut down on bf.
