How often do you change screenames etc

How often do you guys change screenames etc. I have some accounts that I have had for years now pretty much hate the name but everyone I know is in contact with me through the email/chat login

I have my serious email for work etc and then the chat one that nobody has in real life..

I've been using this handle for over 9 years....don't see it changing anytime soon
