when on a cutting diet how often do u guys carb up/cheat? im goin around 2 weeks right now though im feelin like im gettin so small so i might go to 1 week. what do u do?

No. To optimally upregulate leptin you want high-gi carbs (Read: glucose/glucose polymers and starches) and some--but not too much--fructose. Eat 20-50% above maintenance calories consisting primarily of these things with minimal fat(I keep it at around 10% or less of total calories) and about 1g protein per lb bodyweight. I've been doing this for the past 2 months with good success. The frequency and length of your refeeds depends on how lean you are. A good starting point is every 3-4 days, with a refeed lasting 24-48 hours.
It also depends on the intensity of your refeed. If you did 48 hours of 50% above maintenence every 3-4 days, you would get fat. Likewise, if you did 20% above maintenence for 12 hours every 3-4 days, it would not be enough.
I personally, like 12 hours at 50% above, every other day.
