There was one a few years back where a man was at his girlfriend's house meeting her parents and they were all sat down having a meal, then he started coughing and coughing, until one of his lungs landed on his plate. That was pleasant too.

hahaha i just saw a vid of that. Fred and Barney were smoking behind the house smoking "winston" cigarettes while wilma was mowing the lawn with a dinosaur. that was a classic!
