Just depends, but like Mr. X said, its really hard to say...I suppose they might take into consideration how much was spent, how much was ordered and in how much time all this was done....meaning if you were ordering HUGE amounts of gear every month then they may think you where purchasing with intent to sell yourself...

You loose some you win some,But if your buying shit for yourself you'll have nothing to worry about,They got the SOURCE thats what there looking for the Big Dogs,The feds could give to shits about you..They need you,They need you to keep looking and buying gear,It just gives them more sources to snatch up,Which means promotion and more money for there asses..Plus more free gear they snatch up
Unless it's the FBI, who will lie and break any law to get what they want, there is no way to know. The fact that the FBI does break the law at will is actually in your favor if you're not a source.
Once customs or DEA suspects you because they've found several large AS shipments coming to you, and sets up a controlled delivery, they have no idea what's in the package of that particular controlled delivery. They are not supposed to open it because it changes control and custody. They may show up to bust you with a package that only contains empty vials. When they're expecting to find over $5000 in AS, for instance.
The FBI on the other hand will just open it and say they didn't.

Pretty much what these good gentlemen have said..
If they call because you only a little fish and only warrent a phoone call... deny everything.. never ever admit to anything.. they are just fishing in hope of you talking your way into a jail sentance.. then they will try to turn you into getting any info on someone higher up in the source chain.. so on and so on

Like X said...dont say anything. I had a friend years ago who did all sorts of terrible terrible highly illegal things and the police were after him non stop. He had charges brought against him more than a dozen times and it never made it to trial once because he never would talk to cops. Ever.
