Not much. I don't use too many legal supplements as I find them to be bullshit.

A 5lb tub of whey usually lasts me about a month and a half, so there's 25-30 bucks. That's honestly about it aside from food and tons of it!

i just bought 5lbs of whey protein and it cost me 80 bucks cnd
a box of meal replacements 60 bucks,this should last me2.5 months
