How Much?

On a cycle like this 40 mg dbol, 500mg test cypionate, and 400mg deca for 8 weeks , about how much fat should i expect to gain while doing this type of cycle and whats probably the best way to minimize the fat gains while getting the most in muscle gains? im 20 and was 238 and i just got down to 220 so i lost like 18-20 lbs of fat like no muscle loss at all probably a bit of a gain actually with an atkins diet and ALA at 3600mg a day and CLA at 6000mg a day and Hydroxycut 3 servings a day. I dont want to get cut on this cycle but i dont want to get fat from it either. i want to add like 20-30 lbs of solid muscle is this even possible ? Ive been lifting hard for 3 years but still have some gut fat and love handles. this will be my first AS cycle so im just trying to figure out what i should expect.

the key component that controls your bodyfat is your diet. It's really simple (easier in theory though), but if you eat really clean, you won't gain much fat.. and depending on your body type and how well you watch and maintain your diet, you may even lose fat. So if you're eating 4 big macs a day, with a box of krispie kreams, and washing it down with a 2L bottle of coke... you should expect to put on a lot of fat. But if you're munching on steaks, lots of chicken, tuna, etc, with some veges and rice while pounding back protein shakes... you'll be as lean as a mofo.
And if in doubt, add a little cardio to the recepie!

oh, and you may get the impression of getting really fat really quickly, and this will most likely be the bloat so commenly associated with dbol and the other AS. (note: not everyone bloats up, so you may not, who knows). My best advice would be to run 0.5mg of arimidex a day if you're concerned about bloating... and i think you'll be juuuuust fine.
