i'm on wk 2 of trex and yes and lovin it. i use 5-6 sprays before i workout or do cardio. i'm now doing cardio in am and again in pm w/ weights. can i use 5-6 sprays before each workout( twice a day), or is that no good.

you can, and people do. as far as what the point of diminishing returns is (the point where using more is not doing as much)... it really varies between users
use like 3 all together before I workout and my shirt gets soaked in the mid section.. I am curious. I work out and then do cardio... so do I use it right before cardio or before work out?

either is fine, before workout seems more convenient for you. the peak effects will last well through both (unless you are in the gym for more than a couple hours)
