damn 2 gallons a day! i try to get in at least a gallon. i gotta start taking 2 liter bottles or something w/ me instead of these little 16-20 ouncers.
2 gallons a day minimum, on or off cycle. 2 gallons is not as much as it sounds. I drink at least a half gallon or more during workouts and at least a quart with meals. It adds up pretty quick.
