I pretty much do what 2thick said,I drink at least 1.5 gallons when I am not on a cycle.When I am cycling it is not uncommon for me to drink 3 gallons.The trick to drinking alot of water is to keep it very very cold,it goes down much easier that way. Everyday I fill up 2 empty milk gallons with water and just keep drinking until they are gone,that way it is easy to keep track of how much I drank.
