How much Var?

I'm planning on running var 50mgs/day for about 7 weeks. In a previous thread I was questioned on how I came up with that dosage. I was figuring .25mg per pound of body weight. It will be a var only cycle this time. Is that dosage enough or should i take more? Thanks in advance.

Let me guess, spring or summer cutter?

Anyhow, anavar only cycles are a no go. What's your diet like first and how many cycles have you ran before?

Well not exactly a cutter. I stay cut..till I add weight. I'd like to add about 10lbs lbm and keep the bf low. first cycle ever. I know, I know, you don't recommend oral only. But for the first cycle I want to run something mild with low sides(hair loss/gyno are my main worries). And I only want to run one compound this time so I know what the affects are. If I stack, I can't be sure which results/sides are coming from which AS. As far as diet, I'm taking in about 3k cal. a day. 200-300g protein. 300-400g carbs. 40-65g of fat. I keep track of it at fitday.com.

How about you not stack and see if the results are from your diet alone. Read over my diet manuals first, I can help you workout a diet.
