how much test?

was trying to figure out how much test i needed to run per week. This is my first cycle in 2 years.

I'm 5'10'' 187 lbs. ~10%bf.

Would i be alright with just runing test e 250mg/ml or do i need to add something else in...if so what and what dosage.
 
250mg every 4th day, and see how u feel, start slow, u can gain good since u havent done a good cycle, no need to add yet


next u can add something in
 
its been 10 yrs for you ... and im wondering what your trying to get out of this ... if its just some size ... i would use a simple cycle ... test alone...I would use it at 500mgs if its alone...You'll get your size and maybe some water retention from it ...how much are you looking to gain? and what do you want out of this?size wise...
 
125mg sust and 75mg fina EOD with 50mg Proviron ED. But it really depends on what your goals are for this cycle...your stats are about the same as mine. I did the above cycle for 8 weeks last spring and got good gains. You would do fine with just the test, but fina is nice to give strength and help lean up. You could probably expect 12lbs lean mass and cut 2% BF over 8 weeks if you ate clean and trained properly.

my goals are to get to 210-212 lbs from 187 don't know if that's realistic but i'm gonna go for it...

if my bf goes up to 12 % or so i'm fine with that. I want to use this cycle as a straight bulking cycle
 
hopeuflly that'll help you guys in giving me some ideas of what i should think about doing...
i will eat properly and i am extremely dedicated to my lifting gonna get every little bit i can from this cycle and wanna try to keep as much as i can after i come off too.
 
20-25 lbs is probably too much to expect to keep from a simple/moderate cycle. If you're not concerned about adding a little BF dump the fina. Try 250mg sust every 3 days and 50mg Proviron ED...a kick-start with something like D-bol or Anavar would help the bulk. I'm sure someone else can suggest something more complex that would have a better chance of getting you where you want to go...but that's just not my style. My personal feeling is that 10-12 lbs of quality lean mass per cycle is ideal...the rest of your body responds slower and dumping 20-30 lbs on it over a few months is tough to deal with. Just my opinion...and opinions are like assholes, everybody has one :D

thanks for the help bro...i might be better off doing a cycle focused on gaining lbm.
gonna have to look at it a lot closer and see what i can come up with.

Anybody else got any suggestions
 
12-15 pounds is great, most people who do gaine the 20-25 pounds in a cycle 8-10 is water, so u see what they are saying, u can go with a simple tet and fina cycle which will give quality gains, and then maybe eq test and fina next time
 
why not something like this

test Enanthate 500mg a week weeks 1-10
dbol 30mgs ed weeks 1-4
prop weeks 10-13 50mg ed start clomid 3 days after last shot of prop
 
probably gonna go with a cycle very similar to what TheOak01 recommended. It looks like a real good cycle for what i'm wanting to do...But i'm having a problem finding some good dbol, all i can get my hands on is denkall, and i don't know if its a good the others

If anybody has any feedback or info for me let me know
