how much taurine?

I tried to get by on 3 grams, but the cramps kept on comin. I upped it to 5g's and didnt have much problems combating cramps then as long as I stayed hydrated rather well.
 
ALCAR should be a staple supplement IMO.

Macro - what are your thoughts on fat-gain post-clen cycles. I have always heard that although Clen is very effective for fat loss but the rebound is nasty and very mentally challenging as one goes from lean to FAT PIG in a matter of weeks despite dilligent dieting and training. Any suggestions for combatting this or perhaps a method/protocol for getting off clen?

I ran Clen for 2 weeks and lost 7 pounds. I have been off Clen now for almost 2 full weeks and I have used T-rex in its place in my SesaPure/Glucorell combo. It has kept me around the same weight and bodyfat, however I have a wife who likes to make my life hell when it comes to dieting hehe. So im sure with a more dialed in diet and more cardio i could continue to shed some bodyfat. I dont feel any sort of "rebound" or "crash" now that I am off Clen. All is going well.
