ALCAR should be a staple supplement IMO.
Macro - what are your thoughts on fat-gain post-clen cycles. I have always heard that although Clen is very effective for fat loss but the rebound is nasty and very mentally challenging as one goes from lean to FAT PIG in a matter of weeks despite dilligent dieting and training. Any suggestions for combatting this or perhaps a method/protocol for getting off clen?
