How much T4

I normally take t3 75mcg a day and t4 300mcg a day but i can not get in my hands t3 if i take 400mcg of t4 a day will it make a better differnce btw i am also taking clen.

When I saw the title of the post, my thought was. Why not T3. But, I guess you answered my question and I have no answer for yours. Other than to maybe, try again to find T3. And those seem like some pretty nasty doses (the 400 mcg of T4). How long you been doing thryroid meds?
