Well I have been putting the information so far into an excel file, but I will give you the skinny so far.
It has been 1 week since I started at 3 caps a day. I did not feel much from 3 caps the first 2 days, so I bumped it up to 6 caps a day for the next 5 days. I take 2 when I wake up, 2 at lunch, and 2 around 3:30 or 4:00. I also take 2-3 GlucorellR with every meal, as well as fish oil. I drink no carbinated drinks, just water, and 2%milk with my protein. I may bump it up to 9 a day, or maybe do 1 cap every 1.5 hours. I drink at least 1.5 gallons water a day.
Pros: I think I am losing weight, I started at 178? and I will weigh myself tomorrow to see what I am at. I am not as tired throughout the day, a little more alert though. I do not feel jittery, or excited, but I do sweat more it seems when I run or jump rope. I dont feel warm and I dont sweat when I am not working out.
Cons: I am still hungry! My appetite has not subsided in the least bit. Watery stool at first, but has seemed to subside. 3 a day was not enough, 6 is ok, but I think I can even do 9. I could not get to sleep the first night, as I felt no need to go to sleep. Urinated alot the first few days, but it is not as bad. I took 2 tests last week and seemed significantly more "nervous" prior to taking them, but felt normal after the test. All these "cons" are minimal and have since gone down/away.
Overall it seems to be having a positive effect, but again, it has only been 1 week. I will keep you updated and I will weigh myself tomorrow. I do think it looks as if I have a little less fat, but time will tell...
I plan to start the yohimburn DF in 3 weeks.
