how much t-rex can you take?

Well let me first say that the people at anafit are incredibly nice and helpful whenever I call to ask about tracking numbers, not to mention the great products. However, I took one t-rex yesterday and then another single pill 3 hours later and did not feel much if anything. Today I woke up and took 2 at the same time and went to work out 40 minutes later, still did not feel anything. I am about to take 2 more around 3:00 but I am just wondering if most people take 2 at a time?

i take 9 a day. 3 when i wake up, 3 in early afternoon, 3 pre-gym
and even on that i do not feel pumped up.

i mean i do feel it hit me a hour or two after i take them, but not like an eca.

however, i have been taking them for about 18 days and although i never really felt anything i have lost about 5-7 pounds. and i'm pretty sure its fat i'm losing not just water, cause usually water weight comes off the first few days of talking something, this weight was gradually coming off.
 
damn 9 a day, thats alot. I guess I'll see how it goes. I hope I dont end up taking 9 a day, that wouldnt last too long.
 
i started one week ago i take 2 in the morning and 1 two or three hours later i don't feel anything but my cardio is is crazy i lost 7 pounds in one week.

dosing really varies a lot between individuals, due to varying metabolism of the actives. which is why there are only guidelines.

from a fat loss and stim perspective 6 should be more than sufficient for the majority of users. some, a minority, people do "enjoy" more as it takes more, or they enjoy, higher "energy" levels.

as was said it varies, though generally the closer dosing are taken together the stronger the stimulant and potential for sides increases (a double edged sword).


though some people take just 1 in the am and are good all day.
 
as mentioned by MP, the dosing can be anywhere from 1 to 9 per day, though 9 seems to be excessive arggg

The 'normal' dosing seems to be 2 caps, 3 times per day or 3 caps, twice per day
 
I took 2 at 9 this morning when I woke up, 2 more at 1:30, and I will take 2 more at 5. I was kind of nervous and had loose stool around 10:45 but I dont know if that is because of the shitload of water I recently began drinking, the t-rex, or my being nervous as shit for my Economics test today.
 
damn, for a while, like 2 months I could barely stand to take 3 a day! Now I can take maybe 4 but that yohimbine is potent. I cant see taking 9 a day!
 
Yeh macro I will try that. Taking 2 at a time, other than my having that test this morning, seems not to really give me any effects that I can notice. That test just made me nervous and I get like that for big tests. So maybe taking one every 1.5 hours throughout the day like you said could help. 2 at a time seems not to do much right now though. It's only been 2 days though...
 
im not going to write down how many i took at once, but I think i didnt feel much because my receptors were so blown up with other thermos that I needed to give them a break altogether. But I believe with all the feedback here that it's a solid product. BUMP for the AF Store, best service I've ever recieved and the best customer service I ever got. Thanks Ulter and Macro
 
Well I have been putting the information so far into an excel file, but I will give you the skinny so far.

It has been 1 week since I started at 3 caps a day. I did not feel much from 3 caps the first 2 days, so I bumped it up to 6 caps a day for the next 5 days. I take 2 when I wake up, 2 at lunch, and 2 around 3:30 or 4:00. I also take 2-3 GlucorellR with every meal, as well as fish oil. I drink no carbinated drinks, just water, and 2%milk with my protein. I may bump it up to 9 a day, or maybe do 1 cap every 1.5 hours. I drink at least 1.5 gallons water a day.

Pros: I think I am losing weight, I started at 178? and I will weigh myself tomorrow to see what I am at. I am not as tired throughout the day, a little more alert though. I do not feel jittery, or excited, but I do sweat more it seems when I run or jump rope. I dont feel warm and I dont sweat when I am not working out.

Cons: I am still hungry! My appetite has not subsided in the least bit. Watery stool at first, but has seemed to subside. 3 a day was not enough, 6 is ok, but I think I can even do 9. I could not get to sleep the first night, as I felt no need to go to sleep. Urinated alot the first few days, but it is not as bad. I took 2 tests last week and seemed significantly more "nervous" prior to taking them, but felt normal after the test. All these "cons" are minimal and have since gone down/away.

Overall it seems to be having a positive effect, but again, it has only been 1 week. I will keep you updated and I will weigh myself tomorrow. I do think it looks as if I have a little less fat, but time will tell...

I plan to start the yohimburn DF in 3 weeks.

i dont know if I specified but I am in college and these were Economics and biology tests. Dont think I am some weirdo taking some weird ass psychological tests or anything ;)
