I've got some mini-thins at home. I may pop a couple of those. It's been months since I've taken any ephedrine, so it may do the trick.

Bouncing tonight. Date later this week. I don't like ephedrine, but I don't like not being able to breathe even worse.

Wanna unclog them good? Take a cup of boiled (but cooled to warm temp.) water and half a teaspoon of baking soda and half a teaspoon of salt and mix together. Then take a syringe (no needle) and fill it up. Lean over the bathroom sink and insert it into one of your nostrills while holding the other one closed and shoot the water up into your sinus. Do this about 3 or 4 times for each side. When you're done, blow (your nose that is). If you still have liquid in there, bend over at the waist and blow (again..your nose). Repeat 3 or 4 times a day. You'll have some relief from the first time you do it but after a couple of days you'll be feeling like new.

I had sinus surgery a few years ago and don't get sinus infections very often anymore, but when I do, this clears them up quickly.

My doc has me on Zyrtec and Rhinocort to clear my nose and throat because of my allergies. I'd have to say I'm drowning in it.
