how much should you be working out on a var cycle?

everyday? 3-4 times a week? how many hours per session? until you're sore? more than normal? which :D thx guys
 
you are supposed to work out on var? I thought you just kick back and watch anabolics do the magic :o
 
When "on" you can overtrain. Personally I don't increase the volume of my workouts, I increase the intensity.

Yes 3 - 4 times a week would be typical. Some may go 5, but that would be too much for me. Reovery is just as important as training.
 
yes i agree genarr i would go 3-4 times a week. i lift heavy for 3 and i also play hockey twice a week so i consider that cardio.

Totally agree. If your training all the time your body cant recover and so cant grow.
 
I agree as well - intensity is the key.

I prefer a 2 on 1 off cycle to ensure adequate recovery times:
chest/tri's
back/bi's
Rest
Delts
Quads/Hams
Rest
I like to train calves and abs on my rest days - high volume

Using var I was able to achieve some very intense sessions - recovery time between sets is very quick and I did not seem to tire out.
 
I get great gains off 1.5 hours 6-7 days a week when on cycle. It depends on the person I guess.

i know....im on now....isint it great!!!!!!!! does it go away post cycle?
