how much should i expect off this

i just started taking 750mg aratest plus 5 , 50mg prop amps for site injection and arimidex, i have the so called masteron on hand. any advice would be appreciated. by the way im about 5'10 220 12%bf

1g of Test/week and Arimidex is a good cycle IMO. Lift heavy, and eat right and you should do well with it. In terms of gains, its impossible to predict as everyones' variables are so complex. You don't really need to throw in the Masteron, Dbol or Winny would make a better fit I think.
