i have started this low carb/high protein diet... and exercising as well... i can tell an increase in my appetite since i started the test cyp..(50mg ew)- or maybe that's in my mind- it's real hard not to eat all day because all i do is sit at the computer...

my question is how much protein and carb's???
i try to drink lots of water... usually around a gallon or a little less...
my stats: 5'10" 128lbs... i just want to rid the ugly fat in the thighs and butt... (if that might help any)

i have just started keeping track of the actual figures on intake that way i have an idea of how much i am consuming...

200gms of protein a day at your height/weight would be perfect.

remember, as calories increase, protein needs decrease, and vice versa...so if you are dieting, make sure the protien is high.

this maybe a ctupid question but i am kinda unsure anout this whole protein diet thing... it has took me a while to comprehend and realize that low fat doesn't mean diddly... so please bear with me... is 200 gms of protein for a female who lifts alot or lifts everyday? i guess my question iswhat is the amount of protein based on? weight/height?
sorry just a little confused... having a true blonde moment...

based on your weight/activity level as well as the fact that you are limiting carbs/cals, so you need the extra protein
