How much protein do you consume while "on".

I'm at 1.7g/lb bw of protein, but for the moment I do not have any proteinpowder so It's hard..very hard..I'm also a lactoint. so it sucks..How much do you et while on? Protein that is..
 
How the hell

How the hell you supposed to eat that much protein while cutting, and assuming you dont burn it off.... ( running like there is no tommorow and other cardio ) the protein will turn it to fat correct?

Isnt it so that the body can only us about 40 g of protein from every meal? so it seems that 500g per day is a lot, right?
 
400-600 grams

I take in very little carbs and do something like this

for 2 to 3 days

25-75 carbs--------400-600protein-----------100+fats

then 1 day of

300-500 carbs---- 250-400protein------------min. fats

then repeat----

I take in anywhere between 50-80grams protein per meal mostly real foods with 2 low carb shakes a day(everything is approx) and over the past few months had seen great results from very high protein......But I can't say for certain that its the high protein or other factors that have been the cause of the results but I'm the biggest I have ever been and this is the first time I have ever brought the protein this high----So I will stay with it for as long as I feel its working for me....

I think it's about 50-60 and I usually take ginger root with large amounts of protein and being "on" your body can process even more of what's coming into it (protein, etc...)... I eat 6-7 times a day, as well, so it's not like I'm eating just piling in 100+ g of protein in a single sitting...

Some say this but when I see a 125 pound (woman) in my gym that competes in the national level take in 250grams of protein precontest and be ripped to shit---then certainly a 270 pound guy should be consuming more then that -NO?

hell their is a chix on the womans board who competes and does well that takes in more cals pre-contest at 130 pounds then some of the guys who compete on here take in pre-contest at 200 pounds---I don't care what anyone says but the pros in this sport take in tons and tons of protein----the 1-1 1/2grams per bodyweight are for the mags---just my opinion

Lol ok :) , if it works for you then i guess its nothing to discuss :)
