how much off time??

i know everybody says to take as much time off as on but exactly how?
does this mean from the time you do your last shot of say sust, or 3 weeks after the last shot of sust or the time when you finish the three weeks of clomid.

my cycle was 11 weeks, do i take 11 weeks off after the last shot or is it 11 weeks after the end of the clomid. or is it the 11 weeks on+the 3more weeks that the sust is in me +3 weeks of clomid?

any help you provide i would be greatfull for

I usually do the time on = time off thing, and don't worry about the time on clomid.

For me 12 weeks on & 12 weeks off!!!!

I've been told three months is a good chunk of time (about 12 weeks, yes).. Just thinkin about it though, if it's a GIGANTIC cycle you might want to take a little longer than that off... Just my thoughts...

same here...i do time on=time off ....not counting the time on clomid

I always go time on = time and a half off.

the reason is I like my muscles to work hard by them selves for a while before I jump back into juice. I think this helps me retain more muscle in the LONG RUN!

like harpoon said.....time on=time off......clomid therapy should not be counted as time on

on=off or more....I believe that yoy should feel when your body has fully recovered from your last cycle.
