How much NYC is everyone taking a day to see the best results? I will be running it 2 weeks on 2 off alternating with clen. I will be taking t-3 throughout, but my question is how much NYC??
That is the key there. I eventually get up to 2 tabs about 4 times a day but start off slow cause that stuff is strong. You won't be able to sleep at all if you do too much, too quick. Take this from my experience, it's not fun...
