How much nolva should i take with my cycle?

deca 200 2 mgs/ week
sustanon 250 twice a week

I am 5'9 195 LBS 13%bf i need to know how much nolva to take and when to start i am 5 weeks in and i know i should be starting it up soon, i would appreciate some input.

If you don't have any sides, why take it? Nolva is usualy used as a PCT drug, but there are better things to take then nolva for PCT as well. Also used to battle existing gyno.

I always used it durring all my cycles. I have never had gyno, never had any symptoms of gyno, and never want to have gyno or symptoms thereof. nolva is great for "PREVENTION" of gyno. I would start using it now at 20 to 25mg a day. You may see a very slight decrease in gains, and I mean very slight, but to me is worth the peace of mind. SOme people respond better to other anti-Es than nolva and vice versa. Just depends on the individual.

i would ditch the nolva for arimdex or aromosin.

I have an idea. Let's NOT take drugs that are unnecessary. If he has no symptoms, don't take the drugs. As soon as symptoms occur, then take something.

Arimidex or aromasin can be taken throught the cycle to control estrogen, bloat and fat deposition. Nolva won't do much shit until you actually have gyno flare.

how many times have a seen people still using nolva, i did use it recently becasue my fucking ex threw out my other shit and it was all i had on hand. Nelson is very adamint about getting away from it, im supprised he hasn't chimed in yet.

i have a very good theory on why people are still using nolva, because IT IS CHEAP compared to the price for arimdex or aromison. I believe you get what you pay for.

I have 85 10mg nolva laying around. In case i do get gyno, which I doubt i will, since i don't seem to get too many estro problems.
