10. Food here in Canada is extremely expensive. Especially during the winter months when nothing is grown and everything has to be imported. A single bell pepper in the winter months in Canada is around $2. It's ridiculous.

Food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body. I will try to save money on supplements before I try to save money on groceries.
