manny78, i am using a one bodypart per day routine while on the ox. im doing 7-9 sets per body part going from 12-15reps down to 3-5 reps for the last 1 or 2 sets. what do you think? should i cut back to a 3 day a week split or what?
i feel stupid asking workout questions since i've been in this game for 10 years now and i do compete. its just that this is my first cycle and i want to maximize my gains. thanks for the help bro.
