I am referring to protein intake while on and training intensely. I am 180lbs, 5'7". I have been eating roughly 50 g of protein from chicken, beef, whey, and eggs every 1.5 hours or so. At night before bed sometime I will eat 10 oz of chicken with a scoop of whey and a few servings of walnuts or almonds.
My carb intake is fairly low (180g ed around training sessions).
My question is, while on cycle will the body metabolize this much protein and lead to better growth, or will the excess protein make me fat? How much is too much?
