How much cardio can I do while bulking to lose a bit of the gut without going overboard? I currently workout in the early afternoon on an empty stomach (about 10am). After I train I hit the run/ski machine for 25 minutes and keep my heat rate right about 136-140bpm. I started my cyp/deca cycle a week ago and I seem to be getting a bit of turdness going in the waist. I started to take nolvs at 20mg/day to cut the estrogen and I should be getting liquidex any day now. I take in about 150G of protein a day in shakes (4 hours inbetween) and about another 100G in food. This week I'm cutting the 1% milk out of my shakes and using water. I'm thinking abut cutting dairy out for the most part. Is that a bad idea? I just hate that I'm getting fatter now that I started. I don't drink soda or eat ding-dongs. URGH I'm frustrated. Any ideas?
