How much is too much??

How much cardio can I do while bulking to lose a bit of the gut without going overboard? I currently workout in the early afternoon on an empty stomach (about 10am). After I train I hit the run/ski machine for 25 minutes and keep my heat rate right about 136-140bpm. I started my cyp/deca cycle a week ago and I seem to be getting a bit of turdness going in the waist. I started to take nolvs at 20mg/day to cut the estrogen and I should be getting liquidex any day now. I take in about 150G of protein a day in shakes (4 hours inbetween) and about another 100G in food. This week I'm cutting the 1% milk out of my shakes and using water. I'm thinking abut cutting dairy out for the most part. Is that a bad idea? I just hate that I'm getting fatter now that I started. I don't drink soda or eat ding-dongs. URGH I'm frustrated. Any ideas?

P.S. As of this morning I'm up 6.5 lbs in a week. 600cyp and 450 deca. Both Ttokkyo.
 
I would try doing my cardio on days I am not lifting. The main thing you can do though is to eat very clean. With the clean diet and the addition of new muscle, you should be able to burn more calories a day.
