how many cc's is to much to inject at one time. My ass gets
sore for like at least 3 days after, like really sore. is that normal
It feels like i have a packet of juice in my ass and it hurts like a bitch when i sit on it.

I think what you're experiencing is normal, especially for sauce like Sustenon and Propionate. I've done glute shots of those substances that were followed by days of considerable pain. At times its been so bad, I couldn't tie my shoe laces!

3cc's is the most I've done for a glute. 1cc is the max for site injects of bis, tris, and delts(for me personally).
