If you are putting your daily food into a calorie counter, you can see how your fats are contributing - is your macro nutrient breakdown something like 40% protein, 30% fat, 30 carb? Or whatever target breakdown you are going for. I use flax w/ my vinegar & oil dressing on my salads because I don't particularly like the taste of it by itself. I usually do 1-2 tbsp/day.
