how much fiber ed?

for a person who is chemically altered what would you recommend for a quick/easy source of fiber? and how much ed?
 
Black beans, prune juice (tastes like ass ... but awesome for fiber), brown rice, fruits and veggies. Black beans are just one of the BEST foods for you. Protien, carbs, fiber, anti-oxidant, heart protectant, cancer fighting. This little fuckers just rock. I actually love them. Here is the best way to eat them.

If you eat eggs for breakfast, scrammble them in with your eggs, and whatever else you do. I wrap them in a tortilla for a breakfast burrito with some cheese. I also eat my rice south american style with black beans mixed in with them. Make sure that you strain them out of the can to get all the sauce off them. By far the best fiber source in my opinion. If you are plugged up from super high protien intake, have 2 cups of prune juice. I usually drink 1 cup per day. I actually dont mind it. I need to keep my fiber high becuase of the high amounts of protien i take.

There is a breakfast cereal called Fiber One. 15g. for seving. Blew my mind when I saw it.....then my asshole when I ate it. Tastes like sweet cardboard, but not too too bad. It is just a lot of fiber at one serving I guess.
 
Check the labels on cereals.....Kashi now makes a high fiber cereal too, like 12g or so per cup.....other sources are beans, veggies, greens, some breads, etc.....just read the labels....

Fiber One is sold in the grocery store....
 
I like store brand(Walmart) versions of sugar free metamucil fiber. I think it works well when I take 1-2 tsp about 4 hours before bedtime, 12 hrs later i'm empty. I also like to mix it with protein shakes for better overall nutrition.

Fiber One is where it's at. It does taste like sweet cardboard, but if you slice up a banana in there, it makes the whole process awesome...

Although I have a Question about fiber and getting big...I used to eat Fiber One like mad when I swam in HS, but now I want to get bigger, and Fiber One makes you lean and kinda fills you up (dense)--should I not intake so much fiber in the bulking up stage?

**Also, I know next to nothing compared to what I have read on these forums so far, so excuse my ignorance**
