How much fat should you eat?

I use to be able to eat 30 grams of fat a day and be fine but now I am starving even at 45 grams a day. I have been having to up my fat and I dont know why. I have lost a lot of weight and i work out everyday, but I dont know why now i would be starving all the time more so then when i was big.

Does anyone have any advice?
 
it depends on your caloric intake... I cut just fine with 25-30% of calories from fat, in my case that is about 60grs (of course, not pork chops and chocolate)
