hey whats goin on, im 6'2'' about 192 and im trying to gain, i lift 5 times a week and usually do cardio on teh other days. Exactley how much protein, carbs and fat such i take in. I try my best to eat 6 meals a day. Try to eat most of my carbs before workout and right after.. thanks
 
You might be overtraining yourself. That means the body never has time to build new muscles, it's barely able to repair the damage you do when you work out.

Try skipping one of your workout days and take that day off from any demanding physical activities. It's a very individual thing, but i got better gains lifting 3*1 hour /week than when i was at 4*1.5 hr/week.

Don't underestimate the importance of resting.
