How much do u spend a week on food?

a word of advice....costco's!

if your eating 6-8 meals a day w/ protein shakes plus vitamins and supps i would say anywhere btwn $100-$150 a week. i would say it also depends if your bulking....steak is more expensive then chicken.....

lol, you don't have to eat steak when bulking..but it sure is nice!.. buy like 20lbs of regular ground beef at the store and eat until ur heart stops (shouldn't take to long)

as far as cost, it can be cheaper if you want it to be..

go to a bulk store and buy your oats in bulk, your chicken in bulk (and other lean meats)

no variety, but it gets the job done

Fruit can get expensive, lean beef is expensive, many people buy at Costco or one of the other bulk food stores. I spend about $60.00-$75.00 a week on my food but also consume most of my protein from powder(milk isolate is around $6.30 a pound).

This is basicly what i am planning. I figure I can handle around 80 dollars a week. Mainly protein powder/eggs/chicken in bulk/ oats in bulk. 100-150 is a little much. We'll see how it goes.

I usually spend around $500/mo. at Costco. I'd guess $300-400 of it is food. If you can, buy one of those vacuum sealer things. That way you can trim steak, chicken, pork, etc, have it portioned out, and freeze it without worrying about freezer burn. I think I only buy milk and fresh veggies outside of there.
