Alright, I'm doin' OMNA 1cc every third day. When I'm not on gear I need to eat about 5000 cals/day to gain about 0.5 to 1 pound per week. If I eat under this my weight doesn't go up. I'm now 3 weeks into the cycle and trying to eat clean, but, shit, it's getting hard to slam 5000 cals/day of clean food. I wanna throw in some fast food to make up the difference, is this wise? Should I eat over 5000 to make the best of the cycle? When will I see my weight go up on OMNA? Is there really a santa claus? 6'2" 240lbs. Train 4x week, 2 muscle groups.
