how much dextrose??

Just got my dextrose in the mail and i'm not sure how much i need to take. The bottle recomends 1/3 cup (80 grams). Thats alot of fucking sugar!! Is this right? I'm about 220 lbs and bulking.

SD's labeling is wrong, and yes, I'm sure....

Measure out 1/3 cup....then weigh it. You can't have 75g of something that weighs 50g.
