How much dextrose post workout?

I just got some from supplementdirrect. How much are you supposed to have post workout? And it didn't come with a scoop, so what should I do to meaure it? I had the same problem with some ON 100% Whey I bought, and I used my All the Whey scoop for it. I don't think that'd be the same measurement for dextrose though.
 
How much you utilize is indicative of your stature/goals/rest of your daily dietary intake/etc. Numerous factors are considered.

1/2 cup is 75 grams of carbs by the way, not 1/3 as the label probably states. Why they can't change the mis-labeling is news to me.

I use a relatively low volume workout regimen, so I use about half the dextrose recommended on the label (about 30 something grams)..

In my mind it seems to me that if I do less volume I have less glycogen I need to restore.. but I don't know if my logic is flawed or not.
 
I asked this a couple weeks ago

IF you are using your ON scoop, look on the label of the jug to see how many grams a scoop is.

It will be equivalent to when you are scooping dextrose
 
I take in about 120g postworkout if I am bulking and about 75-85g PW if I am cutting along with 40-50g of whey protein. BTW...I weigh around 200lbs.
