any input would be great here. i hate CV but for BP and heart health it is great.
however, i am looking to gain more size and eating 4500 claoires a day.
i am doing the epilitical trainer only 20min, 3-4 times a week.
if i upped it to 30min four times a week would i burn muscle or should i just eat 300 claories more a day?
