Hey guys. I'm really conflicted here. I want to use creatine, but I don't know how much to use. Some people tell me to use 3g a day. Some people tell me to use 5g a day. Some tell me to use 10 or even 15 grams a day. How much is right? And when should I take them for maximum benefit? Some people say morning/night. Others say pre/post workout.
