How much cranberry and thistle when on fina and win?

Need to know if I should just take the extract pills for cranberry or if I shouyl be drinkin cranberry juice too. Also I'm drinking stanozol 50.How much thistle for a big guy like me?

I take about 2000mg cran extract and approx 800mg milk thistle.
