How Much CAYENNE For A THERMOGENIC Effect

I am taking 2 500mg. capsules a day and I dont know if this is enough or not enough or what? Please lemme know ASAP...

The study/ies that i have seen used 10g at a time.

I believe it was "cayenne pepper" -- may have been "red pepper". I have no idea if these are the same thing or different.
